Deliveries and returns

You will find herewith all the information you need about deliveries and returns of Marelle products.

1. Deliveries

Delivery is free of charge for orders over CHF 70 in Switzerland and € 70 in France.

Once payment has been received, the order will be processed as quickly as possible. We take great care in preparing our orders.

During trade fairs or vacations, order preparation may take a little longer. In this case, you will be notified by email.

Delivery for Switzerland

Deliveries within Switzerland are sent by Swiss Post.

After shipment, you will automatically receive a tracking number for your order.

Here are the different rates and delivery options:

European Union and international deliveries

For deliveries within the European Union and internationally, delivery charges vary according to destination and package weight.

Final charges are calculated at the end of the order process.

2. Returns

If the products do not suit you, you have fifteen (15) days from receipt of your order to return them to us.

The cost of transporting the returned goods will be at your expense.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, including the intact tamper-evident rings on each product (aluminum seal on the tube of Delicate hydrating cream and protective ring on the pump of Ultra gentle cleansing gel and Micellar floral water).

Important: Marelle reserves the right to disregard the customer’s right of withdrawal for items returned unsealed for health and safety reasons.

To make a return, the Customer must:

• Send a return request to our customer relations department at contact@marelle-bio.com within 15 days.
• Include the product(s) in its/their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, the number of the order to be returned, and a request for exchange or refund.

Once the return has been validated, you will receive the refund by the same means as payment in the case of a refund request.

Should the Customer fail to respect the present conditions, in particular the conditions of return or exchange, Marelle will not be able to proceed with the reimbursement of the products concerned.
